2025 Jan – April – Livelihood Pilot Projects
✅ Piloted aka and Pashmina handloom training for 8 migrant returnee women in Surkhet, promoting sustainable livelihoods.
2025 Jan – Present – Volunteer Counseling & Online Support Platform
✅ Established a global volunteer counseling network of 20+
professional counselors and psychologists.
✅ Launched a volunteer-driven online counselling platform
providing peer support, professional counseling, and community networks for
migrants abroad.
✅ Provided psychosocial support to 52+ migrants and returnees
across countries including Australia, India, Dubai, Qatar, Singapore, Canada,
Denmark, Austria, Lebanon, UK, Finland, and Japan.
2025 Mar – Aug – Returnee & Community Initiatives
✅ Piloted Kuti Organic Farming Project for six months, combining
healing, skill-building, and sustainable farming; now managed by a returnee as
a sustainable income-generating initiative.
✅ Supported a migrant family returning from Saudi Arabia with emotional
support and raised NPR 35,000 for their brother’s last rites.
✅ Supported Nyano Kakh Orphanage with NPR 64,000, laptop,
food, and clothing donations.
✅ Supported Kalikot FC with NPR 60,000 and donated football
gear including jerseys, socks, and shoes.
✅ Badimalika Cleanup Campaign: Mobilized 24 volunteers to restore
grasslands, promote waste management, and raise environmental awareness.
✅ Ongoing Peer Support for Solo Mothers in Australia: Safe,
empathetic platform for mothers to share experiences, build resilience, and
access resources.
2025 Mar – Dec – Research, Collaboration & Advocacy
✅ Founder participated in workshops, conferences, and stakeholder
meetings across Nepal, including Startup Festival Nepal, Karnali Youth
Festival, Karnali Digital Conclave, and national dialogues on agriculture,
circular economy, and mental health.
✅ Visited projects led by returnee migrants in farming,
agropreneurship, and waste management innovations.
2025 May – Present – Female Entrepreneurship Incubation
✅ Founder selected for the Female Entrepreneurship Incubation program (Finland Aid) to expand resources for herself and Konektee beneficiaries.
2025 May – International Engagement & Pilots
✅ Participated in the 2nd International Community Mental Health
Conference, presenting Konektee’s work alongside experts from the USA,
Norway, India, and Nepal.
✅ Piloted Returnee Reintegration Centre in Budhanilkantha, Bagmati
Pradesh, offering skill development, career guidance, and community
reintegration programs.
